How does that background inform FOHA's approach?

FOHA applies medical context to records synthesis, appointment preparation and decision research. The advisory model creates a defined process for families managing information across different physicians and health systems. Its role and limits are documented before work begins.

FOHA was built to serve my family and yours.

What does physician-led advisory mean here?

  • Clinical context informs summaries and research.
  • The individual controls participation and information-sharing permissions.
  • Treating clinicians remain responsible for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Uncertain findings and missing information remain visible.
  • Coordination does not promise insurer approval, appointments or outcomes.

How does FOHA work with families?

Advisory conversations can be held remotely. The location, services and professional boundaries of each engagement are confirmed in writing; the website does not establish a treating relationship across jurisdictions.
