Website terms

What is the purpose of this website?

This website describes Family Office Health Advisory services and provides general educational information. It is not individualized medical, insurance, financial or legal advice. Do not use it to diagnose a condition or change treatment without discussing the matter with your treating clinician.

Does using the website create an engagement?

No. Viewing content, sending an email or submitting an inquiry does not establish membership, a physician-patient relationship or a treating relationship. An accepted written engagement governs the services, fees, response standards and permissions.

What information should you submit?

Use the public inquiry form for basic contact and professional context only. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication lists or insurance identifiers. Sensitive records are requested through a separately designated process. See the Privacy Notice for inquiry information.

What limits apply to service descriptions and research?

Availability and scope depend on the engagement. Navigation, research and a coverage review do not guarantee appointments, access, insurer approval, payment, savings or health outcomes. Treating clinicians make clinical recommendations. Insurers determine benefits under the applicable plan. Records and policies can change.

How should you use external links?

External links are provided for background or verification. Their content, availability and policies are controlled by the respective providers. A link does not create a treatment relationship or guarantee the accuracy of every statement on an external website.

Where should questions or emergencies go?

Contact the FOHA Concierge team for website or membership questions. FOHA is not an emergency or 24/7 medical response service. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service for an emergency.
